Ingredients
1 Manka Signature Quinotto 8oz of Cavatappi
Heavy Cream Salt & Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
1. Boil pasta till cooked in a pot with salted water
2. Strain the pasta and put back in pot and add the Manka Signature Quinotto. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let Simmer for 5 mins.
3. (Optional) Add heavy cream to create a smoother texture to taste.
4. Plate pasta in a bowl. (Optional) Garnish with parmesan cheese.
